The prevailing culture embraces work as a means for self-fulfillment or a way to prove ourselves. This inevitably becomes a crushing burden. 

Work has a greater purpose in our lives, companies, and community. It provides resources and structures creation. Good work fosters a culture that honors God, loves our neighbor, and enables people to flourish.
